"Bend through allies and bounce off all the buildings"

What a fantastic week:
Here are the Highlights in Reverse
  • Saturday was one of the best nights out in a long time. A group of eight ate a great (lots of rhyming) meal at Red Lobster. Very fun time with great friends.
  • Saturday began in Toronto after 1 hour of real sleep, I got in a taxi to head to the airport. 6 hours later I'm in Indy. I did sleep pretty much through both of my flights.
  • Saturday hanging out with Rogers was great. I also came home to a cleaner room thanks to Rogers.
  • Friday night was a great SIFE party at a pretty cool club. It was a good time to observe dancers, enjoy the music and atmosphere.
  • Friday afternoon the final round of the SIFE World Cup was amazing. Zimbabwe takes the victory over the US, Nigeria and France.
  • Thursday to Friday- I watched 12 SIFE presentations in 2 days. 37 minutes each makes for a couple of long days, but the projects were so amazing and interesting that it wasn't bad at all. Some great life-changing work is being done.
  • Wednesday through Friday- In addition to SIFE events, I fell in love with the City of Toronto. What a great place. Hopefully I can make it back sometime.
  • Tuesday - the Forum that took me to Toronto. A good time to give and get feedback.
  • Throughout the week, I spent time with people from Britain, Germany, Canada, Singapore, Australia and Japan. I also met people from South Korea, South Africa, China, Botswana and a host of other places. A simply amazing experience.

The Bad News - While I was gone Anderson seems to have fallen apart:

  • Phil the Facilitator broke his teeth and hurt his wrist in a Moped accident.
  • The entire AU Student e-mail system crashed permanently erasing over 700 of my e-mails that I had not sorted yet.
  • Phil and Trent split the vote allowing a 3rd party to steal the Homecoming King spotlight.
  • Okay so it didn't fall apart, but definately some crappy stuff.
