"Just relax and greener grass will grow here for a change"

A good Sunday. I stayed up late last night watching Gangs of New York and working on typing out my Business Law notes for my online Midterm today. After church I napped, then took the Midterm. I think it went really well, so that was great. I had been a little worried about it.

The rest of the day was spent finishing the Gangs of New York, going to Hacienda with the Rogers and Sharp, taking another nap, playing a little Halo, doing a little homework and watching most of That Thing You Do. What a nice way to spend a day. There is something about old PG rated comedies from years ago that makes them feel like an old friend...comfortable...fun. I watch way too much trash now. I had decent standards in High School about what I would put in front of my eyes and ears. Now I'll watch pretty much anything Hollywood puts out. One of these days my standards will go back up I suppose.

Anyway, it was a very nice Sunday. And now it's time to head to bed.

FLL - Shannon: "Why do they have headphones [on the ATM machine]?"
Lisa: "It's for deaf people."

Movie #20 Fight Club
Fight Club is simply put an excellent story. Well-written, surprising, funny, entertaining, well-acted, an all around great movie. Brad Pitt and Edward Norton do a great job. Some of the social commentary is entertaining and interesting. I saw this movie at least a couple of years after it was out. I keep meaning to read other books by the author Chuck Phulinak (spelling may be wrong). Some of his other books sound really interesting. One of these days I'll read one.
