"We'll leave the welcome light on for you"

During the day I have a lot of thoughts, but when I get to the blog they all run away. That's okay, I suppose. Today was not a great day, as I was very tired all day and had four classes.

After bio lab and an hour of trying to work, I went to get my haircut. Unfortunately my debit card would not work for some reason, thus I was left with no way to pay for my haircut. I guess there wasn't much of an option so the lady let me go to the bank. Unfortunately the bank had just closed so I was forced to use the ATM, which again wouldn't give me any money. I definately didn't have the $11 necessary at the Lounge, but I thought one of my roommates must be home and have some Cash. Fortunately, George did. Fortunately more, Lisa called right after I collected from George to tell me she would take me back and pay for it. So finally I walk back in and my fiance pays for me, which was very nice of her. I hope she doesn't want me to pay her back by paying for her haircut. Girls hair cuts are like $100 or something. At least $50. I guess I'll be buying Pizzas and Chinese for us for a couple of weeks after I get paid again.

So now I'm going to watch the last 45 minutes of Halloween and try to get a good night's rest as I've only been sleeping about 5 hours the last two nights. I generally try to get 6-7. Ah, I remember the first week of college when I went to bed at Midnight and I thought it was awesome to stay up that late. Remember high school when we used to have to get up before 7:00a.m. everyday? Neither do I. I can't imagine trying to do that now.

My new favorite show is The Office. Everyone should check it out at least once although its tagline is "A show not for everyone." I've only seen 1.5 episodes, but so far it seems really funny. So it could definately take a downhill turn, but we'll see. Brick from Anchorman is the main character. In Tuesday's episode the Office had Diversity Day. The group had sessions on racism. Here's what the boss (Brick) had to say: "Abraham Lincoln once said, 'If you are a racist, I will attack you with the North.'"
